Had a blast at this haunt! The actors used great dialogue. The sets were interesting and fun. The scary bedroom scenes got a jump out of me! Great job! Really not cool to have someone grabbing at my feet from under a bed! LOL!

Good haunt, new details add better feel to this attraction. Not as scary as I would prefer, and I missed out on the ‘great dialogue’ that the previous poster experienced. I heard some yells and growls. Some rooms could use more work. Good for a fun night out.

Fun haunt with a consistent theme and some great highlights. There are a few rooms that just blew me away with their gorgeous detail and setting. The library, kitchen and boiler room are excellent. This haunt isn’t the scariest one in Denver for me, but I love the way they mess with you a bit by having you go through unexpected exits and entrances to rooms.

13th Street Manor has some new rooms and scares this year as well as a new facade and a cool VIP area that steps up the experience for Haunt Lovers!

13th Street Manor has always had the kind of ambiance that true haunt enthusiasts look for and this year is no different. For the most part, this haunt has not changed much from last year, but the slight changes that have been made only serve to improve it.
The greeter at the door who let us in was costumed well and his banter and sense of humor was a great touch. He left me wondering if he was going to tell me a joke or sever my arms off. I just couldn’t be sure about him and it was a great way to start off!
Inside the house we were greeted again by a piano playing lunatic who instructed one of my team mates to open the door in front of us. Of course, he couldn’t get it open and then another actor jumped out and scared him. Because we had “failed” at opening the door, we were instructed to go through a secret passageway.
A new room this year really brought the house together and had some great detail to lend authenticity to the room as a whole.
I also really enjoyed the area with multiple doors and the actors there did a great job of keeping us on our toes, especially when they shoved one of our team mates through the door and closed it on him! The evil grin on his face said it all and was a great way to mix things up halfway through.
Lighting in halls has been dimmed down and created a very eerie feeling that got my mind racing about what may be lurking around the corner. It really changed the feel of the areas for the better.
There were some areas that lacked enough detail to suit my taste and a few dead spots that needed something going on there. It was nice to be able to see the boiler room this year and the actor in there really got after us and made it hard for us to get away from him, which was awesome!
If you like a haunt that sticks to theme, is creepy and you scare fairly easily, this could be your perfect haunt!
